QCD was founded by two ambitious engineers Joyce Maalouf and Bassam El Boueiz. QCD started out as a construction services company, gradually, we succeeded in taking on projects for a variety of clients who now include developers, owners of hotels and retail outlets, as well as people who want to build and live in their dream home.
